Hook & Hold Studio is the studio brand used by Felipe Mancilla, an independent service provider based in Chile. Felipe manages this website and the inquiries received through it.

Contacting the studio

Booking links open Calendly. Email links open your email app. If you send an inquiry, Felipe receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, email, company, channel and project details. He uses it to respond, discuss your project and manage our business relationship.

Scheduling a call

Calendly handles bookings and the information you submit, including your name, email and any company, channel or goal details you provide. Felipe uses this information to prepare for your call. Calendly and Google Calendar/Meet process scheduling and meeting information under their own privacy policies. The website links to Calendly without loading an embedded calendar.

Website tools

This version has no inquiry form, embedded scheduling tool or site-configured analytics service. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Contact-click events are available inside the page for a future integration but are not transmitted to an analytics provider.

Fonts are requested from locally hosted font files. Loading these fonts does not send a request to Google. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Private previews may also require the hosting provider’s authentication.

External links

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Your email provider also handles any email you send.

Retention and requests

Felipe keeps inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage any resulting project. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact fmancillaz@gmail.com.
