The invitation
DAZN’s executives reached out to me with a clear goal: bring their product to as many people as possible across the Americas. It was an opportunity to connect an established boxing audience with a major international event.
The milestone
I broadcast a boxing event with two world titles on the line as an independent creator. Latino Night featured Zurdo Ramírez vs. Chris Billam-Smith in a WBA and WBO cruiserweight unification bout on November 16, 2024.
Why it matters
For me, this was the moment a channel I had built independently became a distribution partner for a world-title event. The relationship began with DAZN approaching me, recognizing the opportunity to reach more fans throughout the Americas.
